Update on Process to Elect Integrity USA’s Next President from Interim Stakeholders’ Council Chairperson Bruce Garner

Integrity USA’s bylaws require the Stakeholders’ Council to elect a new board president in the event of an opening. The bylaws allow Stakeholders’ Council members to vote who are Chapter Conveners, Diocesan Network Coordinators, Congregational Circle Moderators, Partner Representatives and Lifetime Members.

Since the president’s position is now vacant, in accordance with the bylaws, Integrity USA’s Stakeholders’ Council will immediately open a call for nominations. Nominations must be submitted to the Stakeholders’ Council through Integrity USA’s transitional website,, by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, December 31, 2019. Nominees must be Integrity USA members in good standing. Any member in good standing may nominate someone to run for president.

Once the nomination period has ended and Integrity USA confirms that nominees are members in good standing, an official list of candidates will be issued and released by Friday, January 3, 2020. Integrity USA will host a live Zoom town hall meeting shortly after the list of candidates is issued. It will be an opportunity for members to see and hear from candidates running for president.

Official ballots will be issued on Monday, January 20, 2020 and due back by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on Saturday, January 25, 2020. The ballots submitted will be certified by Integrity USA’s outside auditor and results announced by Monday, January 27, 2020.

Integrity USA’s new president will take office on February 1, 2020.
